Request for tender: Researcher or research organisation with First Nations research expertise

AERO is seeking a researcher or research organisation with First Nations research expertise to conduct a qualitative research project.
The project will identify common elements of existing programs or approaches in schools that support success in learning for First Nations students through two-way, both-ways and/or culturally responsive approaches.
AERO will work closely with the researcher or research organisation to ensure the project is guided by First Nations research methodologies, with a strong emphasis on consultation, relationship-building and culturally responsive research practices.
Research will involve:
- a high-level desktop scan of the evidence
- collecting and analysing data from selected programs
- preparing research outputs that synthesise findings and provide insights into the successful implementation of culturally safe learning environments.
